Haute Route Oman
Our Team
On Sunday, 3rd March 2019, our team of cyclists completed the Haute Route Oman. Well done to everyone in the team! The team consisted of 10 people; Ian Jewitt, Neil Coxon, David Graham, Chris Reijmer, Sev Simone, Michael Clifford, Angus Buchanan, Fareed Al Hinai, Alistair Watkins and Sean Hennessy.
The Route
It was a fantastic event that showcased the wild beauty of Oman. The course travelled over the Hajar mountain range. It consisted of 3 stages. The first stage was 84 kilometres with an elevation of 3,000 metres. The second stage was 140 kilometres with an elevation of 2,320 metres. The last stage was 28 kilometres with an elevation of 445 metres.

During the Haute Route Oman event, there was an official charity raffle draw, prizes were donated by Haute Route, Oman Air, Sea Oman, Garmin, and the Haute Route Oman ambassador Jenson Button. A huge thank you to the Emily’s Garden team, Haute Route Oman and to everyone who sponsored the team and the riders who bought the raffle tickets.
